Choice of name and artistic direction - how to design a modern and easy to use recipes website ?
The name of the site is quite simple and to the point: we all have in mind children at the table shouting "on a faim!" (meaning we're hungry) as they wait for the food to come. For the logo, I wanted to convey the playful, oral side of the expression through the appearance of the mouth at the top. The art direction for this project was intended to be fairly uncluttered, while giving the website a nostalgic feel through the use of retro typography. I also created the entire website UI design on Figma, shot the dishes at home and created illustrations on Procreate to represent the dish categories. To get to the website, click here : onafaim.fr
